Our Achieviements

The Jamaica Hospitals League of Friends is constantly responding to requests from regional and smaller hospitals, health clinics etc. across Jamaica. With the guidance and support of the Ministry of Health we have identified varying needs for health care equipment to address deficiencies in local provision. 

Since its inception a significant number of items have been dispatched to these health facilities. Over the years the following are some of the hospitals which have received supplies:

Recent JHLOF Achievements

More recent achievements to date are as follows: 

Sponsor 50 beds for Jamaica 50th anniversary - these were distributed to:
  • Percy Junior Hospital 
  • Linstead Hospital
  • University Hospital of the West Indies 
  • Savanna La Mar Hospital
  • Incubator also sent to Linstead Hospital Launch in Jamaica
